Chag Sameach!

Sweet Potato Latkes
Even though we are leaving home with still half of Hanukkah to go, I (Eddie) did manage 3 dinners with guest this year:

1) First night - 8 guests
- Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Soup with Sweet Potato Matzo Balls
- Fresh Salmon Latkes with Warmed Tartar Tartar Sauce
- Black Grape, Goat Cheese & Noodle Latkes with Fragrant Honey (noodle kugel latke!)
- Heirloom Pea Latkes
- Mushroom Pecan Latkes
- Warmed Cranberries over Pears

2) Second night - 8 guests
- Russian Apple, Cabbage & Leek Soup
- Turkey & Mashed Potato Latkes
- Saged Butternut Squash Latkes
- Zucchini & Sweet Potato Latkes
- Apple Latkes
- Winter Fruit Salad with Maple Spice Yogurt

3) Third night, (A Southwestern Hanukkah)
- Sun-dried Tomato & Tortilla Soup
- Avocado & Egg Latkes with Salsa
- New Mexico Sweet Potato Latkes with Lime & Sour Cream Sauce
- Cranberry Cake (from our friend Sheila)
